Pineapple Dressing
This is an awesome dish my grandmother made whenever we had ham (Christmas, Easter). I make it OK but it’s never as good as hers.
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
20 oz can of crushed pineapple, drained
5 slices of white bread, cubed
Cream together butter and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in pineapple. Fold in bread cubes. Turn into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
